Paying the price as Leon put’s it in the above quote really means finding what dreams you are willing to do everything in your power to accomplish and that not only does your dreams benefit you but those around you as well.

Learning to use all of your resources both personal, business wise, also by using the government resources provided to you.

Getting in Contact and absorbing and taking advantage of all of those resources will allow for you to really achieve your dreams, but be prepared because things can happen either for the better or for the worse. You must just learn to constantly try things out.
